These terms govern access to and use of the TheDriveSafe platform and all related services. Effective March 2026.
By accessing or using the TheDriveSafe website, users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Access to any portion of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. If any part of these terms is not acceptable, use of the platform should be discontinued immediately. TheDriveSafe reserves the right to enforce these terms against all users of the platform regardless of the manner or frequency of access.
Use of the TheDriveSafe platform is limited to individuals who are residents of the United States and are at least eighteen years of age. By registering for an account or submitting a quote request, users confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements. TheDriveSafe reserves the right to deny access or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified. Eligibility determinations are made at the sole discretion of TheDriveSafe.
TheDriveSafe operates as an auto insurance information and quoting platform. The platform is designed to help users explore coverage options, understand policy types, and connect with insurance-related services. TheDriveSafe does not itself underwrite or issue insurance policies. All final coverage decisions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance carriers, and TheDriveSafe makes no guarantee that any specific coverage option will be available to any particular user.
Users who create an account on the TheDriveSafe platform are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Any unauthorized access or suspected security breach should be reported to TheDriveSafe promptly. TheDriveSafe is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions.
The TheDriveSafe platform may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with the intended function of the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, submitting false or misleading information in connection with a quote request or account registration, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems, interfering with the operation of the platform through any technical means, and using automated tools to extract or scrape data from the site. Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and referral to applicable authorities.
All content published on the TheDriveSafe platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, page layouts, logos, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of TheDriveSafe or its licensed content providers. No portion of the platform content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written authorization of TheDriveSafe. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The TheDriveSafe platform may contain links to or references to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not operated by TheDriveSafe. These references are provided for informational convenience only. TheDriveSafe does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Use of any third-party resource accessed through links on the TheDriveSafe platform is subject to that resource's own terms and policies.
The information available through the TheDriveSafe platform is provided on an informational basis without warranties of any kind. TheDriveSafe makes no representation that the information displayed is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users acknowledge that insurance products and regulations vary by state and individual circumstance, and that no information on this platform constitutes a binding insurance quote, coverage confirmation, or legal advice. All information should be independently verified before reliance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheDriveSafe and its affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the platform, reliance on any information provided through the platform, inability to access the platform, or any coverage decisions made based on information obtained here. Users assume all risk associated with the use of the platform and any decisions made in connection with it.
Any dispute arising from or relating to use of the TheDriveSafe platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body operating within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Users waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration relating to any claim covered by this agreement. The governing law for all matters related to these terms is the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
These terms of use may be updated at any time at the sole discretion of TheDriveSafe. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
